Falcon Eye Trucking sends text messages to shippers, drivers, applicants, and partners who opt in. Messages may include replies to quote requests, load and shipment status updates, pickup and delivery notifications, dispatch and scheduling updates, driver application follow-ups, and customer support.

2.2 How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on our website, by asking a member of our team by phone (we will send a text to confirm), by agreeing in writing, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.

2.3 Message frequency and cost

2.4 How to opt out

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive more texts unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text START or sign up again as described above.
